The ActionCFO Process
Built on the Financial Visibility and Control System™, the ActionCFO unique process enables certified CFO advisors to provide part-time CFO services to business owners with revenue between $2M and $20M.
It begins with the CFO Conversation, a no-risk initial meeting that allows you and an ActionCFO Advisor to determine whether a part-time CFO could help your business. Next is the CFO Discovery, a thorough financial review of your business including implementation of the Cash Flow Forecaster Tool and ActionCFO Smart Board, providing an immediate increase in financial visibility and control. For the CFO Discovery, you pay only for the value you feel you received.
Following the CFO Discovery, you may enter a CFO Engagement, an ongoing arrangement with an ActionCFO Advisor who serves as your part-time CFO.
Who We Are
We are certified CFO advisors with executive-level business and financial management experience who fill the role of a CFO on a part-time basis for multiple clients at a time.
Who We Are Not
We are not a consulting organization. We do not send a team of project staff to work with clients. Rather, we have one advisor committed to each client for the long term.
We are not an accounting staffing organization. We do not provide temporary or project accounting staffing services.
We are not an accounting firm. We do not provide general bookkeeping, accounting, auditing, tax, or other traditional public accounting services. |
